Product Registration problem

I just bought Asus 1080Ti, and when i try register it on the asus site ,,, i got a error information | this serial number is already in use" ..
Could anybody help me out please ?

It sounds like you may have purchased a returned unit that was put back on the shelf (not literally) by the retailer or it was an open box product, both of which could lead to the current situation.
