Problem with region(pubg new state)

Hi everyone, i'm trying to activate my promo code from this page: https://www.asus.com/events/infoM/activity_ROG_Phone_5s_PUBG_NEW_STATE_Exclusive_Rewards
But i have error message on this page: https://newstate.pubg.com/en/redemption

"This coupon code cannot be used in your region."

Vpn does not help to solve the problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello annyh1lator,

I'd contact the store you got the item from, seems they may have given you a wrong code for your country.

There are several problems in the game but the most irritating one is whenever I'm in the game, there's a buzzy sound that disturbing me a lot and it happens only on PUBG: NEW STATE. When there's a sudden or high sounds occurs in the game, it starts making a buzzy sound regularly. I don't have this problem in other games.
