Portable application for viewing Outlook

I'm looking for a good Outlook Personal folder file (PST) viewer which I can put on an external drive without necessarily "installing" it on every system.
Basically, I have my email, etc in a pst file on an external portable drive and I would like to also have a basic reader application to carry around along with it.

- You COULD export the PST to a CSV or some other text-oriented file type.

- Or try use viewer pst like Outlook Recovery Toolbox. Check https://www.oemailrecovery.com/pst-viewer.html
In there they say you can open outlook.pst files with their program and outlook.
