Please help with email

Greetings

I already have an email I established years ago but I cannot access it, so in the mean time
I used my work email, which I have no access to. I tried sever computers at different ISP
addresses and the captia here is broken. How do I retrieve my old email and password.

My account is/was keith@powrup.net. When I try to retrieve it it says that this account
is already taken...duh...hello. It's me. I'm currently using ds3851@shos.com which I
have no access to. It belongs to Sears.

Please please help me. I've been trying for weeks now. THANKS! -keith

BTW. When I set this up years ago it was at the original web sight.

Try via here https://account.asus.com. You must have access to the email account in order to do a password reset.

Sorry but you don't understand. I have NO access to this temporary Email to do an Email reset.
When I try to do a password reset the captia is empty, broken I suppose because I tried different
pc's and different ISP's. THE ASUS CAPTIA IS BROKEN. The Asus web page has the problem, not me.

Someone that knows what I'm talking about please help. Please. -keith

As far as we can tell the CAPTIA is working fine. I've even tried with Adblock on and it appears. We will try to check again. Which ISPs and browser versions are you using?
