Please help me on my g752 - adobe Programs Lagging

Hi! I have a problem on my g752 i7 here is some spec.

All my OS is installed on 128 SSD m.2. and my secondary drive is 1TB partioned in Half for DESIGN(My works, etc) and MEDIA(movies download games)

im wondering why I encountering some lagging issue when my Photoshop and Illustrator open with some files and then saving (ex: web mock up; Logo) It works so SLOW very SLOW.

please help am i doing it right?

Because I also have a g73jh 1.6ghz i716GB ram installed. and my photoshop and illustrator are working perfectly
