Photo' shop cs5 slows down ssd

My problem ok i had photo shop on my ssd

whats on my ssd windows 7 ultimate
some games
and some programs

once i put photo shop cs5 it slowed it well down also i had lots of space left i dont bloody get it as there is nothing wrong with my ssd its new works perfect just happens when i put photo shop on it so im confused

Call me crazy, but you may actually have to do a BIOS update to solve this problem. but before hand, is your SSD Firmware upto date?

yes its got all the new update fm on it

also just seeing if it could be this http://whirlpool.net.au/wiki/checking_ssd_alignment and why would bios update ? im so confused well im on bios 0813 if that helps at all

give that alignment a test and see what happens, as for the BIOS..who knows? wierder things have happened lol

nope thats fine its giving me the number but on my other ssd it not lol hmm but on one i was testing with my other programs on is correct so hmm maybe bios update ??? or a hammer

Ok, download the 1102 zip file from http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&s=24&m=Crosshair%20V%20Formula&os=&hashedid=N... select Win 7 64 and download the file under the BIOS section. Plug a FAT or FAT32 Formatted USB stick into a usb slot. Extract the ROM file onto the stick. Reboot. Go into BIOS. Click on "Tool" at the far right and then select "EZ Flash2" and follow the prompts and you'll be good to go....oh AND btw, you'll need to write down all your OC details etc before you do this, because they will be wiped upon update of BIOS. 🙂

Hahaha, sometimes a BIOS upgrade fixes software issues...or issues with the hardware the software is running on. But you are very welcome Kaitlin 🙂
