Performed a BIOS update and things don't seem quite right.

Hi all,

Firstly some brief spec:
ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero Motherboard
Intel Core i7 9700K
Intel 660p Series M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB
ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 Turbo 8GB

I was attempting to flash my motherboard via USB. As I was doing so, I accidentally pressed the Clear CMOS button instead of the Flash Bios button.
Now when I start the PC, I get taken to the BIOS page. There under Boot > Boot Option Priorities > Boot Option #1, M2 drive isn't available for selection.

Under Advanced\NVMe controller and Drive Information, the drives are there. I finally managed to get into Windows when I enabled CSM. But now the startup is slow. It's not 'instantaneous' anymore. When I disable CSM, the NVMe drive doesn't show up.

Previously before the update, I never even get to see the Windows logo. It would just 'zoom' straight to the desktop. Now I see the Windows logo, the login screen and then the desktop.

Been playing around with different settings but I suspect something got messed up in terms of the booting from UEFI.
In CSM, when I choose to only boot from UEFI, the NVMe drive with the OS doesn't show up as a boot option either.

Inputs/Insights from those more experienced would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

"Windows boot manager" should be first boot option...does that appear?

If you cleared CMOS instead of pressing BIOS flashback then nothing should have happened ...just a cleared CMOS...or do you mean you pressed halfway through the flash?

If so just BIOS Flashback the BIOS again

"Windows boot manager" doesn't appear as a boot option.
When attempting to flash the BIOS, I accidentally clicked on Clear CMOS button instead. After which I proceed to flash the BIOS.

Now what I see under the Boot screen is this:

Note: With CSM disabled:

Not sure what to suggest apart from a clean UEFI install...to target drive with all other drives disconnected
