PC wont boot q code b2 Please help

Hi guys ,

Pc was running perfect until i went to upgrade my ram :

Sysem Specs
Asus Rampage V Extreme
5930k x99 cpu
16gb Dominator 3200mhz was upgrading to 32gb 4000mhz
Asys strix 2080 super
256 NVME samsung 960 evo
1tb samsung 860 evo
Customer water loop just on CPU only now,

My issue is when i boot system the LEDs next to the 24pin power show it stopping on Boot device , on the display of the screen it has just a white (-) nothing else ?
I have tried :
cmos reset ,
Updating bios with flashtool , ( holding button on back of pc with the latest bios on usb stick renamed to correct name ) i know this is successful as the q code changes on its next boot cycle but still stops on b2,
tried all PCIE slots , enabled each of these with the pcie select at the top of board ,
tried single sticks of ram in every slot ?
removed cmos battery for 1 hour ,
tried a second gpu from my server (1080 classified)

please ignore my sig as i have not updated it ,

I am at a loss with it!

update:
just pulled the 256 NMVE drive out and its let me in bios ! can anyone help me with the correct bios setting i need please ,
