PC won't boot up

Hi all,*
Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong section.

Since yesterday my system won't boot anymore.
It was running fine for the past months and there maybe an issue with humidity.
The mobo is a z170 pro gaming and the psu a corsair**HX750i.

*Before the Psu I have a line conditioner with fuse and Overvoltage protection, and before the line conditioner I have a backup ups with few protection features as well.

*The other components in the same room like the tv or my laptop work.
I am not seeing any condensation on the mobo or case as far as I can tell. Will do a complete dissembly today though.

*I have reseated the CMOS and Rams, I unplugged all connections and reseated them.
There is a test button on the Psu whilst pressing it the fan starts to spin which indicates / or should that the Psu is working.
Also all the lights / led on the mobo are on and lit.
The mobo does not show any error lights.*

When I unplug the power and plug it in again and press the power button I can hear a "click" only but then nothing.
*
*It has been raining heavy in the past days here in Indonesia, though it did that before and the pc still started.
I don't have another Psu to test it. And not sure if it's the mobo.

*I am thinking of getting a dehumidifier today and try to dehumidify the room. *
What I did not try yet is to use a hair blower from my wife as I read it may cause ESD.
Other members in here had some success with this in an older post though.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

This sounds almost identical to the problem I just posted about.

It had just rained here, but as my room is well sealed and there are no leaks or visible water inside I did not consider this as a possible cause.

Did you try shorting the cmos jumper? This is what I did to get mine to successfully start up the one time it has worked.

Hi there, I just removed the battery and put it back in again, how did you short the cmos jumper?*

Ah got it. i tried it a few times by shorting the CMOS jumper and also the power switch pins.
Probably the PSU having an issue, will try to do a test with another Psu tomorrow
Thanks for the tip though *

Take a look at this guide cleverfiles.com/mac-file-recovery . There is a detailed instruction how to backup lost files. When my PC didn't boot I runned this app and scaned the computer. If I had the possibility to recover the lost files I would do it but usually backup is safer.
