Odd bios problem - help

So I have an Asus rampage iv formula. I left my tower running and come back to it only to find that it had turned itself off. When I boot it back up it shows the bios initialization with the prompt for pressing delete or f2 to enter settings and then it goes to a screen saying cpu fan error press f1 for settings. There's both nothing wrong with my cpu and the fan is running well as my pc is cooler in the case most times than the surrounding room. But my real issue is that my usb keyboard, is being ignored by the pc except for the command (Ctrl alt del). It won't read delete on its own or any of the f keys. But it responds to (Ctrl alt del) so I flashed the bios. The computer will flash and reboot 2-3 times and then will boot up normally, i can use it no problem until I turn it off to restart it and I'm back at cpu fan error with only (Ctrl alt del) being recognized. So I can't get into my setting to fix the fan error and my computer has to be flashed to get into Windows.

Ummmm what?

Any help is super appreciated.
Thanks

Remove the battery, with the PSU turned OFF, for one minute and put again. It will do a Clear CMOS.

Then reconfigure everything on BIOS and report back.

So I both cleared the cmos via the button built onto the board and using the traditional method you stated. Nothing same issue

Changing USB ports don't make your keyboard be recognised?

Is the BIOS battery Ok in terms of voltage? (They were release in 2012, 4 years from now, it's not normal but the battery could had depleted. But I also had a PC that even changing the battery he lost the definitions from BIOS, so it were almost a Dead Motherboard).

That CPU Fan Error is something that it's strange by itself.

The date and time doesn't reset if you turn on the pc, change it, turn off and disconnect from energy, wait 5 min and connect again, right?

You flashed the BIOS using the USB BIOS Flashback option right?

I've seen the CPU Fan Error happen if the fan/s have come a little loose from the board's header. I doubt that's your problem but it's worth checking.
