ASUS ARES III is very old graphic card and very rear and very expensive and not worth for investment except for collectionars.
He work only with watercooling system.
If you need new computer tell us price you want to spend and we will give you best options for your need.
Purpose why you build computer and how much you want to spend.
We will tell you name of every single component you need, but you will need someone to find to connect them all.
Or service could do that for you.
When people tell you name of parts here or other forums, that's best, you can't find better.
My rough recommendation and changable is
i7-8700K Processor, 6 cores good for OC, good for gaming
CORSAIR H115i PRO RGB cooler for CPU, more than enough, easy for installation, fast removing, easy cleaning, good look, RGB
ASUS Z370 Hero, nice motherboard with good functions, support for RGB
GSkill Trident Z 3200 RGB 16GB nice memory with RGB LED
Samsung 970 EVO 500GB, fastest M.2 for Operation System
Sasmung 860 EVO 1TB, best fastest SATA III SSD for gaming
WD Black 2TB for storage, best stable HDD for movies, music, etc
GTX1080 Strix GPU, excellent for gaming, enough for all games on market, not best but give you space nice money balance for other hardware
EVGA 750 G3 Power supplies, enough power, reliable, long warranty
Case Lian Li PC-O11 Air or Dynamic, good cases, with a lot of space for all hardware you need, not expensive.
These parts are somewhere arround 2K, partipicker measure 1920 without case, case is arround 120$.
This could be changed, money could be saved on some parts, smaller OS driver,
smaller HDD, cheaper memory, cheaper cooler, but this parts are reliable, proven, good reviews, one of best in their class.
Other people could remind other parts but I don't think installation i5 with GTX1080Ti is best option and saving on other hardware...
or cheaper motherboard, we could save 200-300$ with cheaper components.
Other option is waiting 2 months because Intel just prepare to launch CPU with 8 cores, he will cost 200$ more,
but could be pushed somehow in your budget. You will not get nothing special higher fps for gaming.
