hi all!!

Hey Everyone, I'm jtchrome on the web. My interests include PC builds and overclocking (I don't know much about the overclocking part yet). I'm using the ROG GL552VW- Dh71 and I'm super excited to join the community!

I'm officially an owner now of an ASUS Maximus IX Formula! Here is my complete system details below and a few pictures. 🙂 It's been years since I've owned an ASUS board, but I'm back and love it!

Does anyone know if my EVGA 1080 FTW GTX will work with Aura? I can't seem to find anything on it.

Hello All,
My name is Mohammad Oreaba. I have been into computers and technology since 1998 after installing my Windows 98 for the first time !
Fast forward few years, in 2007 I stopped updating myself, reading about technology, and building new machines. Now in 2017, I am back to tech again. Those 10 years were the toughest period in my life. Last Month I have built my new machine. I call it "The beast" its current version is 1.0 and it's of my pleasure to join ROG, not just for gaming but for everything else including the recent hardware, OC hardware, and all other stuff.

I wish you all a happy day !
Mohammad H.Oreaba

Hello, my name is Byron. I've been a computer fan since I bought my first Atari 800 in 1982. I advanced to an Atari 1040ST in college in the late 80s, then bought my first PC-style computer in 1992. I've built every system I've owned since then. I've built at least 15 systems over the past 25 years, for myself and for family members and friends. I've used every mainstream Microsoft OS since DOS 5.0 and Windows 3.1.

I'm planning my first new gaming/general computing build in five years and plan to base it around an ROG board, so I thought I'd join the forums here and start reading and researching.

I'll attach my build specs below. We're planning a trip to Hawaii and have some landscaping projects to complete this year so I likely won't build until the end of the year, so I expect some items will change between now and then. I look forward to comments and advice as well.

- Byron

Hello everybody!

I'm Peter, I have just bought a GL702VM and I'm waiting for the delivery. Always dreamed of getting a ROG and now it is time!

Checking to see if I can finally post, have been a member for about a week and could not get permission to post for some reason. Not sure why it takes so long to get approved, that has to hurt the Forum Community. Considering this is a world full of instant gratification.

Hello all, My name's Dan or punchuintheye. I'm new to just about everything in pc land, so any and all advise would be appreciated. Hope ya'll are doing well today.

I'm actually not a gamer (please don't shoot me, hehe). I am, however, a photographer and needed a powerful machine for processing images with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and a few other intense Adobe programs. At any rate, I've been in love with notebooks since my first one, in college, in 1997. I currently own an Asus G73JW. It's about 7 years old now. Intel i7 1.73. Win7 64b. GeForce 460m, 14GB.
