Greetings,

You all might know me as the guy who made his first post a few hours ago after wasting about 12 hours trying to troubleshoot Windows 10 installation on an m.2 drive only to realize that the problem was due to not disabling the CPU fan monitoring. Enough about that embarrassment....

My first PC build (and only one prior to the current new build) was in 2005:

ASUS K8N-E Deluxe 754 NVIDIA nForce3 250Gb ATX AMD Motherboard
EVGA GeForce 6800GT
Seagate BarraCuda 7200.7 160GB hard drive!
AMD Athlon 64 3400 Newcastle Single-Core 2.4 GHz processor
Windows XP Pro
A 3.5" floppy disk drive
A DVD burner!
A whopping 1GB (2 x 512MB) RAM
Logitech THX Z-5300e 280 Watts RMS 5.1 Speaker system!

For the 2nd build of my life I decided to go water cooled with hard acrylic tubing. That was an adventure.

Anyway, it's all up and running now! Can't wait to explore the capabilities of this new build!

Hello, im new to the Rog community but an old time Asus consumer of a decade now.

Sup folks, new forum member here, new to ROG but old ASUS customer. Mid 30's, married and with 2 kids. Build my new PC like a week ago, rocking 1080ti strix OC, 32 gigs of hyperX (that ram is not fully compatible with Aura which made me mad), 512gig 970 PRO, couple TB of Seagate storage, 8700k clocked to 5 ghz on synced cores with AIO Water, all on ROG Hero WiFI (cuz my store ran out of Code -_-). Waiting for my 8 Vegas X7 fans to come in and hopefully work nicely with AURA. Coming back from my older ASUS components and discovering ROG with it's amenities was really pleasant feeling.

Hey All!,

I am new to th e forum, they call me Tunza around the web. I think it is as I am Tunza fun :P.

I have just got myself an R7 2700X and a Crosshair Hero VII to put it on.

I am having a few issues with the forum though :(. Every time I want to view a file or a link, I am constantly asked to log in even though I am already logged in. Does this ahappen to anyone else? Who can I talk to for help with this?

Thanks!!

Hello all,
I'm not really new here but I've never posted. Been a member sense 2015.

I enjoy PC tweaking and getting the most I can from my system. My main PC usage is Flight Simming in P3Dv4.x. Flight simming always puts a strain on even the best of systems so I'm always looking to improve where I can with the cash available.

I build my own systems and have bought nothing but Asus motherboards in the past 15+ years. The ROG community is my go-to place for information.

Thanks to all the super smart people here for sharing your acquired knowledge.
