Born in Holland, lived most of my life in London and now in Japan. My gaming is a mix of vintage gaming via emulation, a few random modern titles and a LOT of Minecraft.

Pleased with my headset, now looking at the logic boards.

I have the best job in the world. I design and produce attractions and media for theme parks. It's a lot of effort but it beats working! I travel all over the world to visit manufacturers and job sites. I get to play with fun toys. I travel with a VR Gear 2 in my backpack! I just rode a simulator for over 30 hours. It's like being Tom Hanks in "Big", and I try to always keep that in mind (when jet lagging, or missing my kids, or motion sick) that I do for work, what other people dream of doing on vacation.

From a ASUS / ROG standpoint, I am a real brand loyalist. I have found a lot of reliability in ASUS. I'm very impressed with the ROG badge. One of the things that keeps me coming back is what I call "connective tissue" You know, all of the stuff that goes between your named components. That's what always keeps me with ASUS. I build out my own PCs, and I love my ASUS motherboards. And, just got a ROG laptop so I could edit and composite media on the road. And with my bluetooth headphones I can barely hear the fans!

I'm the classic case of lots of experience with little actual knowledge. I have to weigh in on all of our tech implementation, but I work - in optimal cases - with very talented engineers who know way more than me. I rely so deeply on the internet-forum-based-problem solving method that I can say without YOU, the contributors to forums, I would be useless. That being said, it is surprising how many answers are out there if you just look.

Speaking of looking for answers: if you are implementing technology in China right now, or facing the task in the near future, and want to compare notes, please feel free to reach out.

Hi guys!

My name is Jabberwock (not the hip hop dancers). I use this name in basically almost all the games I play. Unless if someone else stole it before I can create a character :p. I am new to Strix and I fell inlove with how it looks, and overall quality! I love anime and MMORPG. Currently playing guild wars 2. I hope to learn more and to customize my build. So far I have Z370-H and the the old GTX 960 by strix(1 year and counting).

Hello everyone! I have recently joined the ROG community: yesterday I bought my ASUS ROG Strix GL702ZC-BA244T and untill now I'm happy with it. I'm a mechanical engineer and I love electronics and everything related to it. I hope to have a nice journey here 🙂

Long time Asus motherboard user, first time here. Just wanted to say Hi.
