My name is ottoyu34. You can find me in few other forums with the same name. Computers being one of my biggest hobbies. I'm into overclocking (for 24/7),watercooling,system building,gaming,folding,etc.

I'm GeekHomeGamer and i'm on this things from the age of 9 yo i think .. or 10.. don't remember

I'm starting with Commodore, MSX, Amiga, obviously Coin Op, consoles and PC ( i remember my first Intel 486 DX2 66Mhz )...
I see born everything that today is normal... Asus/Rog - Intel/Windows - Matrox/3DFX/CREAITIVE/NVIDIA... EVERYTHING... from dos 2.1 to first Windows with dos 6.22 to Windows 3.11 to Windows nt 3.51, the born of Windows 95 to Windows 98/sr2/me/2000 and i starting to use only Apple Computers for Music productions and other productions on audio and video stuff...


Now, after 15 years of completely boring Intel/nvidia monopolio , apple computers and Consoles for gaming... i return to my original route .. and impressed by "what" AMD achieved with RyZEN ( expecially Threadripper )... i decided to build a new (all around) system.

Hello. This is my first time owning a gaming laptop (Not even a ROG machine) and joining a forum full of other enthusiasts of the sort. I am currently typing this entry out on the aforementioned device, which is the FX502VM with the kabylake and 6GB 1060. I've read that others were unfortunately only offered a 3GB version in other regions, and I'm sorry.

Couldn't beat this Laptop for the price, brand new, especially compared to other laptops in the same price range... nothing touched this kabylake with the GTX 1060 (6GB).

Anyways, yeah. Hi. My name may be a little unpleasant to some, and well, too bad.

I'll eventually be putting a bit of time and a little bit more cash towards this machine, turning it into one that would be worth over $2000 on the retail front, market-wise... will be extremely easy to do when the next best thing had an RGB keyboard and only a GTX 1060 3GB and cost over $500 more than this unbranded ROG Laptop.

Can't wait to start sharing my stretches with this machine, when I have the time, and getting involved with the community.
