Hi, new member here. Joined up because I'm likely buying an ROG board for my upcoming upgrade to my system (will be something from Asus for sure). I used Asus boards long ago with AMD so it feels good to be coming back. I was using another mfr. for the last few years for my Intel systems but their motherboards have kinda gone downhill the last few years so I'm jumping ship 🙂

Hello everyone.

Old time fan of Asus product, I made a new build with a Rampage IV Black Edition. I hope to be of help much more than asking for it... but don't hold your breath. That's not likely... 🙂

Hi all 🙂

I'm quite new to this game .. just built my first gaming PC after being a console gamer for many years. My rig is still a work in progress and has been built from mostly brand new components with a GPU and PSU from a 3 month old PC .. both of those will be upgraded soon (looking at 750W PSUs and 4GB GTX770s as possible purchases at the moment). Came here to research and learn from all of you good people, chat about tech, share what little I have learned so far and have a laugh 🙂 Thanks for having me 😉

Hi all, New member here 😮

I'm very pleased with my ROG G750JM purchase, packed up with a 250GB Samsung EVO SSD. Boot time from cold boot is 5 seconds shy!
Though as of now I'm having a hard time running Steam/Dota2. It just won't open! 😞

Other than that rendering a 3-5 minute wedding video topped with color-grading and the likes just took me 6-8 minutes!

Thanks ROG!

Hello all, my name is Ryan. I recently purchased a Maximus VI Hero motherboard and am working on a new build. I was able to get a great deal on a CPU/Motherboard bundle deal at a store that was pick-up only. I started the actual build today but will not be able to finish up until Monday or Tuesday of next week. The build is going to be a balanced build for everything I would like to do. Gaming is not the top priority but now I will be able to enjoy new games as my old box is well, old.
