I have a dilemma i can't start my computer. I soft started out out the box and it ran just fine now that out is in my case the psu shuts of immediately. What would cause this?

Lights on mobo come on when i push psu on.when i push the start or the power button cpu fan starts to spin then nothing. The lights stay on though.
