miscellaneous Security/Other programs Second opinion

i was told that i should use these programs but i want a second opinion

and that i should Move to Linux

i don't mind having extra programs along as my computer is gonna be better protected and stuffs

I like sandboxie but do not use the others. My 24/7 AV is NOD32 and so far so good.

I don't use any of them my self and as for having to sandbox a program Kaspersky has a built in sandbox that does a great job.

i dont fully understand what they do im not that smart im trying Sanboxie/Secunia Csi and the Csi patched stuff i guess for security i thought it was for updating and detecting updates
