Maximus vi hero broke? Bad conection/soldering? Warranty?

Hi this hapened to me after i installed it in my new case after having this MB in testbech for 12days as new so Only 12 days old
Normal? Or had soldering/conection? Did not even use force as the retailer claims me done

As in pictures so If i Would had use force in instalation Would it not be broken from somewhere else also?
Have been building computer for last 14years and never has this hapened before

I think its been bad soldering or conection because it broken so cleanly? Has there been anything like this before this? Retailer claims i installed powercord wrongly???

Not sure what to say really. If the board worked before then the bit was connected to the board. So between moving the board into the case that bit fell off.

I can not really see the underside of the bit that has come off. Could you place on a white paper and take a high res image please. I want to see the solder points.

Sure i can take high res photos but MB is now in retailer
But ill let you guys know how it goes
