Hi,
i bought a motherboard ROG MAXIMUS FORMULA VIII and registered to my account.
How can i redeem my Mafia III key from this event: http://www.asus.com/event/2016/rog/mafia3/ ?

I think on step 3 it shows the Serial Code and Asus Code right?

For me I recieved my Code from Overclockers UK where I purchased my item, they Emailed me the Asus Code after purchase of the Motherboard.

I placed the Code in along with the Serial code for my Motherboard which is labelled on the Box or the MOBO.

I hope you guys fix this, if you do not have a Asus code please contact the Retailer you purchased from or check your email.

I got one it was just invalid (apparently) I'm trying to redeem a code that I got with my graphics card. I have an eligible motherboard but it was bought in May, any ideas?

Did you put the Serial code in for your Graphics card + the Asus Code? (Code would be on the Box of the Graphics Card or/and the Graphics Card itself.

Same with the Motherboard if you purchased in May, when you purchased the Motherboard though was you Qualified for Redemption?

*Yeah I did put the codes in correctly. I bought it off Amazon who usually don't participate with promotions. But there's no date on when you had to buy the product on the asus website.

I was reading through this thread and somebody mentioned you had to purchase starting from the 10th October for Mafia 3.

For asia pacific region, step 3 is still stuck. Great job Asus.

On 21 October, they said they are going to let you redeem, buy they didn't. after that, they opened step 2, but no one can get through it. Today, 24 October, they let us to go to step 3 and enter those PPID and data, but cant go to the next step. I think they are having some internal problem to give out the code so they decided to open different step one by one, until the code can be given out.

I managed to get my Asus code from the Retailer (Maplin) although it doesn't work on the redemption site.... 'Incorrect Asus Code'

I've emailed mafia_promo_uk@asus.com twice with no reply, worried the keys are going to run out as their at 88% now...

Mod or Admin - any help please?
