i bought a motherboard ROG MAXIMUS FORMULA VIII and registered to my account.
How can i redeem my Mafia III key from this event: http://www.asus.com/event/2016/rog/mafia3/ ?

I am unable to redeem with the Motherboard selection.

It seems that if you select (If you are from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, please click here)
The following page to that allows you to put your code in. Which I cannot do due to being from the UK.

So I am thinking there is a coding bug for the 4th options (Motherboard/Graphics Cards/Networking Products).

If this issue is not fixed today, then i'm sure it will be tomorrow.

I've already written a mail to Asus support, this thing is ridiculous.



I've never had this kind of problem redeeming a damn key for a game. Their sites are a joke.

First their site shows 21st October but it has been postponed to 23rd October and the only way to know that is to read the silly twitter page where they announced it. So i tried like 20 times on the 21st because i didnt know and their frontpage stil said 21st.
And now its the 23rd and it stil not possible to redeem.
This is just disrespectful!

Asus may not aware of the situation regarding redemption of the key's. (That is why i'm hoping the next business day, Monday 24th, maybe Redeeming might be fixed then, hopefully).

I know it's Frustrating, I have tried to redeem my key about 70 odd times since the 21st, luckily I have Battlefield 1 to stop me from losing my mind, patience is the only thing we can do in the meantime. :cool:
