First we was banned from asus and now there, maybe his driver is a scam???

This is a good guy, who tried to make new drivers available to the user as up to date as possible, but he was often criticized because the drivers didn't work on all systems, so he didn't want to invest his free time in the development of the driver anymore and to collect false accusations for it, understandable in my opinion.

No, he again went into tense discussion with someone, felt himself 'offended', started deleting his content/links and for this he eventually got banned.
I understand someone might not be willing to continue his work for various reasons (Mokichu made such statement here) but in such case one should not delete his own posts. No forum admins accept such behavior. If Mokichu wasn't willing to develop any more drivers at all (he said he was tired with this) then I do not understand why he moved to another forum either.
