[Issue] Tapatalk says I'm banned when I'm not.

Hi,

Something strange happened yesterday. I logged through tapatalk and my profile there shows "you have been banned" and an info to contact the Admin in order to take out the ban.
Strange thing is that I'm not banned, plus I never did anything to get banned.

Is there a way to clear out the ban on Tapatalk?

Any estimated date when this could happen? I use a lot tapatalk for forums when at work, etc.
