Is RamCache II worth it and what does it actually do?

Just a quick question about RamCache, how does it actually work and are there any real world scenarios for it being a benefit or what exactly is it meant for? Many thanks guys

I have used it on one program Kodi. W-10 PRO made it run faster and smoother.
