Is it normal that core 2 have temperature drops?

Hy guys i experienced in games cpu spikes and i tested in occt and the core 2 the green one the temperature isn't constant. It always drops. Is it normal?

That's normal. As long as the disparity isn't significant (in your case 5 degrees C between highest and lowest temps) and the CPU package temps are fine there's no need to worry. I had something similar on my 6700K when running OCCT.

Well i mean the temperature is fluctuating allot on core 2 as you see in the graph below, there is allot of spikes.
