Intel QuickSync disappeared from my ASUS

Hello .
I just checked my decoding monitor today , I noticed that Intel QuickSync disappeared from list . or maybe it has been disabled or something . Some google subjects suggested to enable it from BIOS , Firstly i cannot access UEFI Bios because most of settings are locked




any help ?
