i7 6700HQ with GTX970 vs i7 4720HQ with GTX980

I need help, i don't know where to post this one,
I want to buy ROG as first laptop
(I'm a desktop fan for years that's why i have no knowledge in laptops, but I will start traveling cause of work so i need one)
but I have limited budget

I'm stuck with 2 choices with almost same price range in my country
the specs will be
Intel core i7 6700HQ with gtx970 vs 4720HQ with gtx980

Usage:
Photoshop/Illustrator (Not really that big files)
3DsMAX, MAYA, Autocad
Gaming GTA5, AC Syndicate, Crysis (hoping to reach very high or ultra)
Daily Usage, internet browsing, multitasking

I hope someone can help me here, which one is better choice

The i7-4720HQ with GTX980 is definitely better performance wise, if you can get it for the same price I'd go for that one but it doesn't really matter too much.

6700K with GTX 970 is a newer model and probably has a better design so if you like the look of it you can go for that.
