How do I claim Battlefield 2042 bundle if I boight an Asus PC from Best Buy?

hello,

i can't figure out how to get the battlefield code after buying an rtx 3080 equipped asus PC from best buy. my understanding is that the retailer is supposed to hand out codes, but best buy has no mechanism in place to do so. they told me to contact asus. asus support chat was of no use.

any ideas?

Thats definitely on the retailer. Id contact BB support until you get the right person. I bought GPUs from Microcenter and the minute I picked them up the codes were emailed from Microcenter thats a lot smaller than Best Buy. Also keep in mind that this may not be included in PC purchase and is always subject to "Participating retailers" Every GPU I got a code with when I bought it was just buying the GPU and not an entire PC.
