Sorry for the all caps in the subject header but I really need help with this issue. I'm going to keep posting about this until I receive a response from tech support. I had to create a new user account (jackroykirk) just so I could ask about this.
I cannot login to my original user account that has all of my registered products in it. When I try to login, I get a password error. I'm then sent to the 'Reset Password' page. I receive a response stating that an email has been sent. I check my email, and the Reset Password' email is in my email box. I follow the instructions and I use the link to reset my password. I am then taken to a new prompt. I click on 'Continue' and arrive back at the login prompt. I try to login and I receive a new 'Check your email' message for a second time. I check my email but there is nothing. The message never arrives.
I have used the same email address for all of my correspondence since I created my account years ago.I know my account still exists because I have messaged it. The account user name is Bad_Oscar. I sent a message from this account to my original account and received an alert. I'm reasonably sure that anyone here who wants to can search my user name (Bad_Oscar) and send me a message and I will receive an alert about it but I can't check my messages because obviously I can't access the account.
Why isn't there any technical support for an issue like this? All of the support links take me to hardware support. 70 people have read my previous message I posted here under this account, but no one has replied with a solution. Seriously, is there no one monitoring this forum for issues like this? Or, am I posting to the wrong discussion? Because there doesn't even seem to be any discussions even related to this issue. Is there a contact for this type of issue that I'm missing? Every contact link I try takes me to ASUS hardware support and there is not any forum support link I can find.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried on a different device and network to verify whether or not the issue is dns related. A vpn or faulty dns can cause some sites to experience technical difficulties. I have personally had this happen as I do networking for myself and don't trust isp personnel.

Thanks for the response. I tried on three different computers. I tried the wireless and wired connections on my computers. I tried via the wireless and via my 5G connection on my cell phone. I tried via my hotspot connection from my cell phone.
I also tried using google's DNS: 8.8.8.8 to no avail. I still end up getting sent to the dialogue box saying to check my email, but the email never arrives.

Based on what is seen in the images you are attempting to sign in on an unfamiliar ip address and you should be recieving an email within the 5 minute mark that you should open on another device then sign in [resetting your password will change nothing].
*If you do not recieve any emails within the 5 minutes then your account may be locked and you will need to contact the asus support team at 1-888-678-3688
