General question about Tapatalk

Hello ROGers.
I would like to request some help about Tapatalk.
By some reason, I'm noticing on Tapatalk that my account reports it is banned.
I've no idea why this happened and since when, but now I'm unable to connect from my smartphone or tablet.
Please let me know if somehow I broken forum rules or what was the reason for my account being banned?
I'm able to login to my account using my computer or smartphone browser, but not Tapatalk.

Please accept my apologize for asking a previously answered question.
I just noticed another thread (https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?61407-Issue-Tapatalk-says-I-m-banned-when-I-m-not) reporting the same issue and has been advised that Tapatalk is not fully compatible with the forum.

I had the longest time before Tapatalk would even recognize my username and password, but I tried again last night, it worked, but like you, it shows my account is banned.

An account could not be banned by it self,there is something you did wrong.
Otherwise Moderator or Staff don't banned to any user without any reason.
