Elite rewards referral code not working

Hey when my friend tried to use my referral code it didnt work (it just said error). I was wondering if its beacouse the code is 14 characters and on the site it says that it should be 10 characters long. Both my and his codes are not working. Does anyone have a solution

Doublecheck your code in your profile settings

Still put the same code, but make them fast click to accept, somehow it'll bypass and accept the code.

Refresh the page and retry the same.

Can you explain how to do it properly. I got a refer by mistake somehow and idk how to replicate it. Can you tell ahout where to click and navigate. On refreshing the page it takes me back to activity

Then you just enter the Referral Code you receive from others.

You'll notice the codes are 13 characters long, but the space to enter the code only asks for 10.

IGNORE IT.

Put it in there, click the Add button nonstop rapidly many times, if it still shows error, refresh the page and retry this again.

Somehow it'll bypass and enter the code for you both to receive points.
