DOOM game bundle promotion code not received - Registered activity - Not deal with yet

I bought a new 5070ti and I registered for the promo on the day I bought it (9th May) I have gotten no updates on it and the status just says "Registered activity - Not deal with yet".

Tried contacting support but that was no help either.

I also got 5070 Ti on the 12/05/2025 I registered it on the Asus website, it's been added to registered items on my account, and I'm yet to receive any promo code for Doom The Dark Ages from Asus I sent them are message about this,s I'm yet to get are reply.

I did end up getting a code from Asus but now the Nvidia app says I’m not eligible to use the code for the following reason -

 

Your hardware does not meet the requirements for this campaign. A request can only be submitted when an eligible graphics card is installed.

 

I have a 5070ti Asus Prime which is listed as part of the promotion so I have no idea why this message is shown. Pretty terrible service by Asus I must say.

Many people are obtaining the Verdant Skin, which also includes a code that is specifically for the skin, not for the game itself. Additionally, there are two different promotions available for Doom: Dark Ages. The link provided goes directly to the promotion for GPU I wont lie this whole Promo has been a massive cluster ****** I dont know why they cant just include the code inside the box with the GPU like this used to anyways I hope this helps if you still cant get it to work you might have to reach out to Asus at this email "ROG_Forum@asus.com" <ROG_Forum@asus.com> best of luck.

I also registered for two comps and never received any confirmation emails. I don't know if its just bad communication or if it didn't work.

I was able to get the code from the USA/Global site of Asus. The promo I applied on my country specific asus website is still showing the "Registered activity - Not deal with yet". And this is after numerous emails and calls to Asus India. Pretty awful experience dealing with them. Thankfully I did get the code by applying to the global promotion so I can't complain I guess.
