DOOM game bundle promo code missing, Registered but not processed

I purchased a new 5070 Ti and signed up for the promotional offer on the same day (May 9th). Since then, I haven’t received any updates, and the status still shows Registered activity, Not dealt with yet. I also reached out to customer support, but they weren’t able to help. Let me know if you'd like it phrased more formally or more casually

I also bought the 5070ti but just a couple of days ago, mine just says Pending.. But in the mail i got when i sent in the receit ect it said it could take up to 20 days before getting the steam code.. Why it takes that long i don´t know, they really should find a smoother way to send out the game (like a ticket in the box of the graficscard or something)
