Does MAXIMUS V GENE support avx2?

I'm just wondering if MAXIMUS V GENE support avx2, if so how do I enable it?
I have went through everything in my BIOs settings and I couldn't find avx related controls.

I would really appreciate some answers!

Maximus V Gene is a Z77 motherboard with an 1155 socket. and for AVX2 support, the earliest Intel processor that supports AVX2 is a Haswell chip, which uses the socket that comes after the 1155 socket.

So, unfortunately, it looks like the Maximus V Gene does not support processors with AVX2 support.

I am looking to upgrade my motherboard, but I'm not sure which one to buy.
Do you have any suggestions which motherboard I should buy?

There are a lot of factors for which motherboard you might want to buy!

(such as what size case you want to use, what CPU you want to use, what your budget is, etc)
