Does G.Skill ever respond?!1

So trying to get my G.Skill RGB ram to work and i literally cant get a response from G.Skil, There's literally one guys at Tech support who picks up and there's no one else. Ive sent multiple emails to the RMA people with no response!! This is increasingly frustrated because i would just like to get this RMAed and fixed. Cant anyone help? Anyone with simular issues with G.Skil ?

Also their forum doesnt work and i cant post or send private messages.

Hello,

I've had fairly swift responses - and this was during a national holiday, too. What email were you using?

im having issues with the RGB lighting not working on the B450-f motherboard. The guy on the support number said he was the only support member and said i need to rma my sticks
