Hello
I just flash for the bios 1105 on my Z390-F, but now I wanted to go back to bios 602 and it does not.

do not let go of the bios, either at 602, 905, 1005 ...
any one before 1105 says it is not a proper bios.

I tried several Pen, FAT 32 etc etc ...

How do I go back in the bios?
or I have to wait for the asus to get another new bios that gives to go back ...

every time they are worse .....

I just went thru the same mess as your going thru, 1105 on some machines does something to the USB devices, as it did mine/ It would not recognize any of the existing BIOS files as valid when trying to roll back.
If you have a dedicated BIOS slot (looks like a USB port and lables BIOS) on the rear of your motherboard as my Maximus XI code board does, you can do it using that port...Reference your manual for instructions. Its not a good BIOS upgrade. It's not your USB memeory stick, especially if its worked fine before.

Can Confirm, MEI is up to date after flashing from 1005 (MEI was up to date prior to bios update).

"Improved System Stability" what does this mean? Is there a change log?

Just thought I'd share some interesting results regarding my memory overclocking between a Z370i and 8700k, and Z390i and 9700K (CPU RMA and I accidentally damaged the pins on the Z370).

Out of the box my Z370 overclocked my Micron E Die ram to 4000 Mhz but not much more, but the latest bios allowed it to run at 4100 but it wasnt fully stable.

With the Z390 out of the box 4000 Mhz wouldnt boot, but following updating to the latest bios I achieved the exact same results.

So keep in mind that memory overclocking can improve with newer bioses, and for me it looks like 4000 Mhz is my rams limit for stability, but thats really good for a 2x16 Gb kit.

Not much else different, I just wish I hadn't been so careless to leave my socket open while waiting for my new CPU, my old board got damaged from my dangling AIO cooler.
