It works on my Z370-E but I don't see any improved performance, not that I know where to look with the useless vague description.

I've updated to it, reseat all my OCs, perfectly stable so far.

I stopped testing disk speeds because honestly, although i render a lot its very minimal changes (if any) especially since i moved to NVME.

Is anybody having problem with WOL?
Since few releases on mi Z370-G (NO WiFI) WOL doesn't work correctly, if I turn off computer the LAN port doesn't blink anymore, it looks completely off and WOL command doesn't work.
But if I unplug the main power and plug in again the LAN port goes immediately to 10Mbit WOL ready status and if try to WOL the computer starts without any problem.
I didn't try to go back to old firmware but I may give it a try.

Just out of curiosity (running Z370-F myself), what kind of XMP issue did you have before this BIOS update?

Worked fine on mine. Wish they had fancy features on strix like they do the maximus line. Not sure which line is better.

The ROG MAXIMUS Z370 are just above the ROG STRIX Z370 (from a product range point of view) :

I like this graphic. It is just weird that they don't have a "high end" ITX model per their chart. Only strix line for ITX these past couple of times.
