I update to 2102. I use 32GB G.Skill 4133mhz.

Load XMP profile:

VCCIO: 1.45v load (Auto)
VCCSA: 1.43v load (Auto)

lol????????????

They say "Improved DRAM compatibility."

Let's burn the memory controller!

Should I stay to 2003?

i would update to latest
i found my cpu needs little less vcore to be stable , iwas able to tighten my ram over clock on this bios
no issues with crashes or blue screens yet , i ran hci mem test , prime 95 .
I am Digging this bios

just manually set your vccio / vcssa ( dubble check what it is @ ) as over throw and another dude said "auto" vccio/vcssa set to 1.35 v + left on auto other then that shes pretty solid

Hm I'll see
I'm stable 4,8hz at 1.2 on 8086k
Vccio and vssa 1.10
Not sure I can do better ans I wont try to go at higher clocks before the end of summer ahah.

I'm afraid of upgrading bios when all is OK so I was wondering if it would really give me a plus to do so

Also is there a way to save profile and restore it after flashing new bios or the only option is to redo it all after taking notes or doing screenshots?

Unless you want better over clocks or new microcode in the bios No need to update . I just like to tinker so I try out new firmware. This one is solid besides bad auto vccio/vcssa we over clockers set those to manual anyways

Yep saw that but I meant, is it essential to do the micro code upgrade?

i've also done those upgrade recently : Version V1914.12.0.1256 2019/06/1198.81 MBytes

Intel Management Engine Interface Driver
Improve system Stability & Security
Version V10.1.17968.8131 2019/06/117.49 MBytes

Intel Chipset Driver
Version V10.1.17968.8131 2019/06/11

Is the one in the new bio better?

i'll probably flash it tomorrow but can someone tell me if there a way to save profile and restore it after flashing new bios or the only option is to redo it all after taking notes or doing screenshots?

thanks

well u can use the asus over clocking tool to save profiles 1 - 6 and then save them to a hard drive or usb stick .cmo file thing is once u flash it wont let you load the settings . i take screen shots with my cell phone and after doing it 9 +times you remember pretty much all of it .

if i have the same bios as you i can send my .cmo file and you can load the bios settings no probs it is when its a new version we cant . unless somthing has changed in the last 8 months
