Any support in this release for an old Gladius model ? Thanks.

Marco71.

The focus is support for our latest peripherals, but we haven't forgotten about the original Gladius and Sica. Support for these two will be ready by Q3.

Hello

I tried to update the software to the new 2.x version posted here and things have gone crazy.

At first, my Spatha was not recognized in wired mode (but still worked). I tried to check if it was recognized in wireless mode but as I unplugged the micro USB cable, the mouse froze for an instant. I have not been able to control it since, be it wired or wireless. The cursor is extremely laggy, it stutters. It is uncontrollable.

When I check the firmware version (with a spare mouse of course), it says 0.0 for the mouse so I fear that I messed up a firmware update as I was unplugging the cable. But I didn't know that is was updating the freaking firmware!! (I disabled auto update for the firmware before, but it turns out it was automatically turned on with this new Armoury version)

Please, tell me my mouse is not broken. How can I control it again? Is there a way to flash an emergency firmware or to factory reset the mouse? Help me get it back please 😞

(Of course I tried to downgrade the Armoury version, tried to change USB port, cable, and even tried on another PC but to no avail)

edit: i can't find older firmwares. Now I see that 1.62 is installed but Armoury doesn't want to upgrade it to 1.69 or older. I would like to try other firmwares to solve the problem. ANyone knows where can I look?

If you manage to replicate the error message again, please help to take a screenshot. Try different USB ports, and avoid using front-panel ports and USB hubs. Check the settings within Armoury (under Performance) and revert to defaults if necessary.

It's important not to start clicking or typing to hurry up Armoury while it is loading. We are currently working to fix that issue.

If you are experiencing any difficulties with Armoury, please elaborate in this thread:
https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?101653-ROG-Armoury-II-v2-05-01-Report-any-issues-here

Can you be more specific about why an update is needed for the Spatha?

If you have a specific Spatha question, please check for applicable threads here:
https://rog.asus.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?214-ROG-amp-Strix-Gaming-Mice
Or create a new thread if necessary.
