Hi

Previously Aura never found this Ballistix RAM at all - but updating to the latest download of Aura has resulted in one stick of a matched pair being recognised by Aura and the other stick being ignored and retaining its default colors.

hi guys, please help me with this issue. on maximus xi code the aura sync (both on latest sw versions) works flawlessly with rgb headers allowing me fully control my rgb fans lightning. the add_header though, where i have installed the 5V led strip wont get recognized at all. when i use function "add strip" in main menu, program features new function "port settings" where i can see the add header 1 and 2 listed, can change the number of leds on the strips but have no means to control the strips - they stay in default lightning mode (rgb). im using compatible akasa led strips with 10 or 15 leds, 5V, have latest updates on all issue-relevant sw.

thanks in advance.

I also have the exact same problem , 2x8GB Ballistix Tactical , h370-I
tried switching the ram sticks , fresh windows install , updated bios , reset defaults , unplugging the PC completely , still same issue. Ballistix MOD is not installed

Another issue has cropped up. The stick that IS recognised changes colour with roughly a half to one second delay compared to the H370i motherboard LEDs..

Hello everyone,

The goal of this thread is to post new versions of AURA Sync & AURA RGB and to discuss any errors you might encounter.

/!\ Only for Windows 10 64 bit /!\

To make AURA Sync & ROG Armoury cohabit cleanly, it is necessary to desynchronize on AURA Sync your devices which are on ROG Armoury (keyboard/mouse ...) and manage the lighting via ROG Armoury for these devices, otherwise conflicts will occur.

Why don't your program updates do these steps automatically, like everyone else in the world, before installing the latest update? Programmer laziness or corporate greed preventing the programmers from doing it right in the first place perhaps???

I have/had a similar problem after installing 1.07.57. Turned out lightning service stops randomly.
I fixed it by Run --> services.msc --> scroll down and find LightningServices --> set properties for it to restart automatically if the service stops. Worked for me. Not that the error has gone away, but at least now it gets fixed automatically when it happens.

Just upgraded to Aura 1.07.57, still the same issue, when my monitors go to sleep (Blank) the aura effects stop, until I open the Aura software and perform a resync.
Asus Maximus X Xtream
G Skill Trident 2x 8 GB
Asus Strix GTX 1080
Core I7 8700k
Asus XG35V this does Aura as well (also a note on this. if i disable the Aura Effects on the monitor all other aura affects are extremely slow)
Windows 10 Build 1803
Asus Aura Terminal

Here's a thought... Add a read.me file in the zip file with the instructions to install or re-install Aura. This would save users a lot of headaches and reduce complaints.

I have a Z370-G and the mobo led is always off when wake up after hibernate

I tried to install/uninstall many times but the problem remain, anyone can help me?
