Is the 8700k microcode still 0xb4 in this update? Can someone check after flash?

Yes it is B4, but previous BIOS versions never had B4.

Oh it is better ! I just have cinebench R15 multi CPU scores to compare with.
Those give me higher scores than all other Bioses since 1705.

In my case i reach 1662 instead of 1650 with v.2004 . That number is an average of 5 runs.

Nice boost going from software 0XB4 to BIOS code. Nothing else changed between these runs, same software version, GPU drivers same everything.

Overall system performance seems better also, just simply closing Chrome down with 24 Tabs open and reopening is super quick, before the update they was a split sec delay.

good to hear guys , same here i was able to squeez out 5.1 ghz @ 1.34v on my 8700k vs 5.1 ghz @1.36v before . i will try to tighten my ram and post back .

Latest two BIOS releases just don't like my build.
No matter what, the system in not stable.
Improved DRAM compatibility. Right....
Back to 1901, everything rock solid.
I guess Asus really does not like my memory kit for some reason.
