Ok thank you. So do you think if in not using the other programs, and the only reason I need that driver for is the Eq, is it better for me to use HDA drivers (standalone) or do they have other problems? Does nahimic do anything for my sound performance quality etc on its own?

So I went and did a fresh install on Windows since couldn't get any of the Realtek drivers to work even the default drivers on the mobos software page.
I used the same drivers below. I want to be able to use Sonic Studio.
- Realtek HD Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS Nahimic + Sonic Studio III integration) - Last version [05/03/2019] :
----Drivers : 6.0.1.8648 WHQL
----SS3 Extension Drivers : 1.1.7.56670 WHQL
----NH3/SS3 APO SoftwareComponent Drivers : 1.3.0.0 WHQL

I'm on Windows 1809. The drivers worked for me unlike a few people who posted earlier.
After a little research, I'm not entirely sure - it looks like after my PC went into hibernation was when I was having issues with the front and right channel not working.
I may disable it if it happens again to see if it was the issue.

So I checked to see if the driver update in Device Manager. It's using version 8573 instead of 8648. Is it supposed to be using the older version? How would I go about updating it to 8648? It doesn't look like I'm using the Nahimic Integration.
