Customer Service Feedback

Hello all,

I'm new to the forums and Asus and just wanted to provide feedback on my customer service experience (ongoing). If there is a better channel for feedback that I should use I apologize.

The online chat:
My first time the technician asked me to wait while they reviewed my case, which wasn't a problem, but then the window timed out due to inactivity while they were reviewing. Would be nice to have a window or if the technicians could toggle a waiting on customer status to prevent timeouts when they are reviewing.

My second time I lost communications to the chat and could not reconnect. My internet was fine and still working, it was only the chat.

I then tried to call in for support:
My first time I got in within a reasonable time and had a friendly technician who was walking me through the process, however before we could do to much troubleshooting I disconnected (not sure if it was me or him. I had a good signal but only have a cell at home).

My second time, I have been on hold for 34 minutes. Every time it sounds like someone transfers I get switched from the piano music to the Asus song music but no support.

Again, this is just feed back for the customer service so far, not specifically the website. If there is somewhere else I should put this I apologize.

Just a follow up. I finally got through and the tech at the other end was friendly and helpful. So far the only issue is getting though, all the people I eventually reach are friendly though.

No worries I am on it now. Chino is also around if I am off line - night where I live and sleep is calling to me.
