Will the SLI bridge be compatible with your Maximus VII MBs? Currently, commercially available bridges from both EVGA and nVidia do not fit SLI configurations on the Maximus VII Formula MB because of odd spacing issues between the first two PCI slots. These bridges don't seem like they would fit either, based on the photos shown.
MB: Maximus VII Formula
Processor: i7-4790K
Cooling: Custom loop
RAM: 32 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum/2133
SSD: 2x 1TB Samsung 850 EVO Series

GPU: 2x EVGA GTX980 SC 4GB
CASE: Phanteks Enthoo Primo
PSU: Corsair AX1200i Platinum
OS: Windows 8.1 (64 bit)

Yep they are compatible with all ROG MBs. But I'm not sure our compatibility with other MB yet - if they match ROG PCIE width then sure, but 'unique' designs of PCIE width maybe not.

Well I suppose it should be, as the PR says the SLI bridges are available in varying widths "to match your RoG motherboard".

So I guess they'd have a corresponding SLI bridge for each current board.

When Will these Be available for Purchase (especially the SLI bridges) ?? JUST TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE...
Also why as far as the MG279Q 27 & ROG Swift PG27AQ why even have bezels at all bezels are ugly and you guys are the best P.C. techs in the world for gaming why not just remove all the the bezel save a little strip along the top for
web cams if your going to include them?

It's not yet possible for LCD panels of this size to be fitted without some bezel due to the manufacturing process, backlight etc. There's no webcam, we have minimized it as much as possible right now.

SLI bridges will be available to some system builders in late Feb/March, then retail in Q2 I expect, but those decisions are a way off still

thanks for the Answer 😄

Dear Marshall,
I feel a unbearable discomfort at night when I go to sleep and think that I will wake up without my Spatha & Whetstone. I have but only a handful of ROG badges to console my aching pain. Will you please give us the address of the engineering department so I can come give them back rubs & slip caffeine into their orange juice?
