Hello there. As the title says, I bought a Strix z390-F gaming during this black friday. I then discovered that you could claim a BO4-key bundled with the purchase. I got the promotion-code, went to the website to choose which motherboard it was. And my motherboard doesn't even show up...... I've had a talk with different staff members and "no one can help me" except for the last guy who I talked to but won't reply after i described my issue and sent him my invoice, and proof that the motherboard was mine. Has anyone else had the same problem? Is there any solution to this?
