is not working. I put the .cap file on a fat 32 flash drive and plugged it into the back and it blinked 5 times and theb went off and nothing ever happened.
I tried renaming it to .ROM and the same thing happened 5 blinks and then nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

OP please provide us with the entire context of the need to flash.

If you can get into BIOS I would strongly suggest using the EZFlash2 utility it is found in the tools menu of your BIOS> then simply follow the prompts.

The bios does need to be on a FAT formatted USB drive.
