Best movie villians...

So after watching Elysium for like the 5th I started thinking who is the best movie villain. I've narrowed my own down to 3:

#1 Kruger from Elysium
#2 Colonel Quaritch from Avatar
#3 Bane from Dark Knight Rises...or falls can't remember what the name was.

I'm leaning towards Kruger though as he is one seriously random psycho. What do you guys think?

#2 Charles "Chucky" Lee Ray he's a killer doll, nuff said
#3 Jason Voorhees silent and very deadly

Ugh... I'm gonna come off so cliche but..

1. Heath Ledger as Joker
2. Gustavo Fring..I know, BB was a show but it was the best thing to happing to TV in a long time...
