Banned from Guru3D twice

Hello,
so apparently you can get banned on that forum for expressing your own opinion, after that you'll get swarmed with other forum members who disagree with you and who insult you permanently and after that you get notification that you're getting infraction points for apparently flamebaiting and insulting other members on the forum.

So after I pointed this out I got my account banned without a reason, that admin who banned me didn't even care to put the reason why he decided to ban me and that the ban will never be lifted.

After a few tries I managed to get access to my older account after some years. that is almost 10 years old and I started to post some comments in different forums related to gaming, hardware and so on, only to find out that on morning today the older account was banned too and again no reason as why he banned me was not specified.

So Iam asking you if, someone could help me with this. It's becoming a trend that the admins are doing whatever they want, whenever they want and banning users left right and center without an excuse. I admit that I may have cause a ruckus in some of the articles, or better said I may have ruffled some feathers with my statements, comments or opinions, but almost everytime I was provoked/harrased and I was being insulted by the gang of older forum members constatntly. It's like they were lying in wait like vultures trying to undermine my opinions and after that always labeling me as "some kind of troll who is playing some sort of victim card in order to get reactions"? That last bit Iam not even making up, those are the exact words one of those absolute loons said to me...I kid you not.

My final question is, that if someone is in good terms with that forums head admin Hilbert Hagedoorn and can somehow contact him to get at least a resposne of why he decided to ban both of my accounts. Because I think it was clearly unjustified and very tendencious.

Thank you

If it's a privately owned/managed forum, the owner/admins can ban anyone for any reason; and, no one is legally obligated to inform any banned individual why he/she was banned.

That said, it should be considered a courtesy, even gentlemanly, to inform a banned person of the reason.

I will state, also, that while every human is entitled to have an 'opinion,' you are not entitled to share it. Back to the 'ban anyone for any reason' bit, if you post something that the forum owner/moderator/admin doesn't want posted, you can be banned for no other reason.

If you come here looking for justification in whatever got you banned from the other forum, I doubt you'll see much.

Edit: I would like to add: a tech forum is not a place for opinions - it is a place for tech questions and answers. Philosophy and 'opinions' belong in the public house.

Yes I can understand all that, but he should've at least desribed the reason why he decided to ban BOTH of my accounts. I feel like he did it out of spite. It's even more intriguing when I didn't post anything that controversial, only expressed my own opinion that probably ruffled some feathers.

It's a sad state of affairs allright if they ban both accounts, after just a few hours the first account was banned just because he noticed that it was using the same ip for login...It's quite baffling.

I was not looking for justification, only for some help to get in touch with the forum head admin so I can talk through this whole kerfuffle, but he doesn't seem to be responding to any messages, on twitter, google+ or anywhere else.

I apologize for posting this in a wrong thread though.
