avatar problem

hi i cant seem to add a avatar image, only have option to "Do Not Use An Avatar"
and also cant edit profile pic

I too cannot edit my avatar, and I have more than 5 posts.

I think after so many posts or days of being registered to the Forum you should be able to.
I am currently having that issue now so I was digging around for info.
