this Conversation started May 4th with Asus Australia & the same email was sent to Asus support via their webpage!,
that's MAY 4th !! & I've still had no response?

Approx' 5 weeks ago I purchased your G20AJ Series Desktop,
i7 - 4790 inc' NVIDIA ,Ge Force GTX 745, 250Gb SSD + 1T storage (to which it refuses to recognize), 16gb ram & running Win' 8.1 64bit edition.
Each night during the last 4 weeks I've regretted my decision to do so. Unfortunately I've not been able to speak with your service department as I'm also at work those same hours Asus offers assistance.
Adding to my frustrations, I've now been informed the additional $300 " rapid replacement warranty' I paid for does not actually take affect until the std 12mth warranty expires? which I find completely ridiculous & absolutely not how it was presented to me @ the time of sale either.
I.....I've had to reset this machine 6 times due to various reasons including no screen, no response & or just refusing to boot up.
& the bU9$IT NON existent 'REPLACEMENT' 'warranty is a load of rubbish!
$2600 + $300 ext warranty ? ... & you push out the Australian versions with the (*^%! gtx-745!
how bout some customer service Asus?
